Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — From the app (immediate)
- Open Final Whistle and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject:

What data is deleted
- Login credentials and email address.
- User profile, username or nickname, and profile picture.
- Game history, streaks, and accumulated tokens.
- Peña memberships and friend connections.
What data is retained and why
- Purchase and in-app transaction history — managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. Retained to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
- Crash logs (Crashlytics) — fully anonymised, with no personally identifiable data, to maintain app stability.
Deletion timeline
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
